We truly value your trust in us. Since Pixalmart is a digital product marketplace, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both customers and authors (sellers) who upload and sell their digital items.

1. Overview

Pixelmart provides a platform where independent authors sell digital products — such as themes, templates, scripts, apps, and workflows.
Because all items are digital downloads, they cannot be “returned” like physical products. Therefore, our refund policy focuses on issues related to product functionality, description accuracy, and support.

2. Refund Eligibility

We issue refunds only to your Pixelmart Wallet.
Funds added or used from your wallet are non-refundable to your original payment method (like UPI, cards, etc.).

A refund may be granted under the following valid conditions:

(a) Item Not as Described

If the item you purchased is materially different from what was shown in the demo, description, or screenshots.

(b) Item Does Not Function Properly

If the item has functional issues or errors that prevent it from working as described, and the author cannot resolve the issue promptly.

(c) Security Vulnerability

If the purchased item has a verified security issue that the author fails to fix within a reasonable time.

(d) Promised Support Not Provided

If the author has promised product support and fails to respond or assist within the support period.

(e) Unused Support Extension

If you purchase a support extension and request a refund before your current support period expires.

(f) Item Not Downloaded

If you haven’t downloaded your purchased item within 3 months of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund (verification via purchase code is required).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Neither Pixelmart nor the authors are obligated to provide refunds in the following cases:

You changed your mind after purchase.

The item did not meet your expectations or you found a better one elsewhere.

You bought an item by mistake.

You lack the technical knowledge required to use the product.

You requested a refund but didn’t provide a valid reason or sufficient details.

You can no longer access the item because it was removed or the author became inactive (please download items immediately after purchase).

4. Refund Process

Contact the author first to resolve the issue — many technical issues can be fixed quickly.

If the issue remains unresolved, submit a refund request from your Pixelmart account dashboard.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 working days.

Approved refunds will be credited to your Pixelmart Wallet.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you and an author cannot reach an agreement, you can raise a dispute directly with Pixelmart.
We may ask for supporting documentation or screenshots to verify your claim.
Any refund decision made by Pixelmart will be final and binding.

6. Local Laws

Depending on your country of residence, local consumer protection laws may grant you additional rights. Nothing in this policy limits those legal rights.
